Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery to the following regions:

  • United States (48 contiguous states)

  • Canada

  • International Shipping Available to South America, the Middle East, and Africa

All deliveries are arranged via commercial freight carriers.

Free Delivery Offer

 Free Delivery on Bulk Orders

We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders of two (2) pallets or more within the United States and Canada.

Important notes:

  • Free delivery applies only to standard ground freight

  • Offer applies to full pallet purchases only

  • Residential delivery may require additional arrangements

Shipping Costs for Other Orders

For orders that do not qualify for free delivery:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, pallet weight, and freight rates

  • Single-pallet orders are subject to standard freight charges

  • International shipping costs vary depending on country and carrier

Our team works to secure competitive and discounted rates whenever possible.

Freight Carrier & Scheduling

  • All shipments are scheduled after payment confirmation

  • Delivery times vary based on location and carrier availability

  • Tracking information is provided once the pallet is dispatched

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.

Delivery Inspection Requirement

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect the pallet before signing the freight receipt

  • Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery paperwork

  • Failure to note damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility

Once signed and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Accessorial & Special Delivery Requests

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Residential delivery

  • Liftgate service

  • Limited access locations

  • Appointment-required deliveries

Please notify us in advance if special delivery arrangements are needed.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and fees

  • Transit times vary by country and port of entry

  • Full shipping details will be provided prior to dispatch

Once a pallet leaves our warehouse:

  • Shipping delays, damage, or losses caused by the freight carrier are outside our control

  • Any carrier-related claims must be reported immediately upon delivery
